This program is designed to help students develop the skills they need to thrive in high school. We’ll focus on key academic areas—math, reading comprehension, and writing. Through interactive lessons, group discussions, and real-world problem-solving, students will feel more prepared for the challenges of high school while making connections with peers.

Cancellation Policy
TUTORING & SUMMER PROGRAM AGREEMENT This Agreement is between Regina Readiness Academy ("Tutor") and the Student or Parent ("Parties"). It outlines the terms for tutoring and summer learning group programs. 1. FEES & PAYMENT Fees are outlined in the invoice; no additional charges for travel or preparation. Payment is due within 7 days of invoicing via e-transfer. Summer program spots are confirmed upon full payment; unpaid spots may be offered to others. Fees may change with 10 days’ notice. 2. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY For One-on-One Tutoring: Cancellations with 12+ hours' notice will not be charged. Late cancellations/missed sessions are non-refundable, except in emergencies or illness (notify the Tutor ASAP). If the Tutor cancels, they will provide as much notice as possible. For Summer Learning Groups: Cancellations 14+ days before the program start date receive a full refund. Cancellations under 14 days before start receive a 50% refund. No refunds for missed sessions or cancellations after the program begins. If Regina Readiness Academy cancels a program, a full refund will be issued. 3. ATTENDANCE & CONDUCT The Student must attend sessions on time. The Tutor and Student will wait 15 minutes for late arrivals. Late Tutor (15+ minutes): Student receives a credit or equivalent time. Late Student: Full session fee applies; missed time is not refunded. Leaving Early: The full session rate applies. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from summer programs without a refund. 4. OBLIGATIONS The Tutor will prepare lessons and maintain confidentiality. They are not responsible for completing homework but will assist with understanding. The Student is expected to attend, complete assignments, and engage in learning. 5. WARRANTIES & GENERAL TERMS The Tutor does not guarantee academic performance. Tutors are independent contractors responsible for taxes and legal obligations. This Agreement supersedes prior agreements and may only be amended in writing. Either party may terminate with 7 days’ notice. Parents enter into this Agreement on behalf of minors. Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation before legal action.
